The Invite to Open House Edition

Come to Open House!
Open House will be held on August 31 from 7:00-9:00. You will have an opportunity to meet your student’s teachers and learn more about their course objectives, major assignments and other information.

In preparation for Open House, you may want to set up your Schoology account. Recently, you should have received an email from Keith Sorensen with your login information for Infinite Campus. If you cannot locate that email, you can access your account by using your personal email that you provided at registration and resetting your password by clicking on the Forgot My Password link on the login screen. Our Technology Services staff will have an informational booth in the Cafeteria on Open House night.

Welcome Back 2017-2018!

The 2017-2018 School Year is in Full Gear

Welcome to all Fremd students and families! This is the inaugural blog post for the upcoming school year. For those new to Fremd, this blog is my way of providing information and details about our school that you may not get from other forms of formal district communication, such as the website, newsletters, or official D211 emails. I encourage you to use the “Follow by Email” to receive a notification every time a new blog post is added. You can also use the “Contact Form” to send me your questions and comments.

For this week’s post, I wanted to provide a few of the week’s highlights:
  • There are currently 2639 student enrolled at Fremd High School.
  • Freshmen, sophomores and juniors attended a Expectations Assembly today in the Auditorium, facilitated by the assistant principals and dean. Senior attended an Expectations Assembly in the main gym with the principal, where we discussed school rules and the legacy they want to leave behind.
  • Students in several science classes were able to learn about Monday’s solar eclipse by going to our brand new inflatable Star Lab. Science teacher Matt Winter made a pinhole solar eclipse projector with the Science Department’s new 3D printer.
